And tagging goes on

Since i was tagged by Kalpana(Thanks Kalpana ,after such a long time i got some time for reviewing myself and i really found some remarkable changes that i need to work upon,ofcourse not mentioning all here to maintain CMMi level of myself ;-) ).

So friends, this was used to be most favourite questions of HR and infact it is, during interview processe ,especially freshers. Si just jotting down ME in words:

1.Introvert : I think I am introvert but my friends used to say just opposite. May be its like until and unless you didn’t spend some time with me you will not be able to judge me. In my case ,the statement “First impression is the last impression ” doesn’t holds true. I just love to pull the legs of my friends.

2.Easy Going : I don’t take tension about the things that are beyond my control. I just tried to give my best in whatever I can and I don’t like when someone say that its not done properly. So my motto is “Do it right, the first time. May be you wont get a next chance.”

3.Passion :I just love dancing(I am a break dancer, don’t laugh friends I am not joking). During my 7th semester of B.E, a day before semester papers I danced for 5 hours and slept for whole next day and prepare for the exam just for one day and even then I got good marks. So “It doesn’t matter how you work, only thing that is visible is output.”

4. Friends : You know, I have got the best friends in this world. I think god is more than generous while deciding on this front of my life ( But he missed on the other front i.e. Girl friend ;-) ). All my friends are close to my heart and I can do anything for them. My friends and my family is my lifeline.

5.If I am here, HOW??? : Only because of my parents and my friends.

6.Sports : I love to play chess and I am also a video game freak. And I am a chess player from my 1st standard. I used to play for whole Sunday with my dad and my family doctor used to come at our home in night just to play with me. And I really gave them all a tough fight and also I won several times. But after schools I miss my chess. Just won one competition in
college. Its long since I played it.

7.What I dislike : I hate talking about people when they are not around and and specially their bad quality. I hate these types of people or you can say I feel sad about this type of people. One should have the courage to speak up in front.

8.Spirituality : This is the thing that helps me to understand myself fully. I am looking for the real purpose of my life. Love to discover myself and like to talk about this topic. And the special thing about this is that there are no boundaries think, think and think till you die. Because sometimes this life falls short for knowing the purpose of the soul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9.Me and My Dreams : HAHAHAHAHA………….i am the one……no competition…. Not possible for me to take sound sleep, I tried many times but everyday surrounded by dreams………

10.Hobbies : The recent hobby that I developed in last 8 months is “WRITING” and I am really enjoying it. Other than this are : Driving, Dance , Singing(Don’t ask me to sing ;-) ), Reading books, outing with friends(TP).

11.My most weird dream : Me as PM of India. Hahahah…please friends don’t laugh.Its only a dream, I don’t have control.

So this is ME…but there are lot other than this, this is what I think of me…but as we all know our character is not decide by our words but by what we do with others. So may be not fully this is ME but this is more than 70 % ;-)

Our Dear Ministers......................

This is to put some light on the pathetic, this word even is not sufficient to describe the conditions , roads in my so called city Pune, and to the statement which the mayor of Pune told in TOI. I was puzzled after reading his statement .
He said that he will resign if all the roads in Pune will not be made potholl free in four days.
And after reading this heading, the thought that came to my mind was:
“WHAT THE **** HE IS TALKING ABOUT”
It’s childish to say statements like this and especially when you are holding such a responsible post. I was thinking like how its possible to get the all potfreeroads within four days.As far as I know pune is not such a small city. So what was in his mind before making such statement. Was he showing his loyalty towards his city.
If i say that rains are responsible for making the conditions of roads to pathetic then what that fellow was doing before the rains. This decision should be taken in proper time boundaries.
This is like basic level of management but the problem is that our ministres don’t wanna do that.
Sometimes I think that whether they know the meaning of management or not. God please help them.
Now not writing much as I don’t wanna write more . Just the thought of that headline made me feel very sad for my country.
So called worlds largest democracy having lowest standard ministers.

Hats off(Due to shame) to my all like that ministers..............

FIFA-2006:Where is INDIA???????

Whenever i watched football world cup these days, every time a single thought came to my mind…
Why not INDIA? A country, which will be in coming years, would be the world’s most populated city. Kan't we even we manage to find out just eleven to go their and play for our country.
You will found countries having population less than Indias biggies metro and they are giving tough competition to all.
I really feel very pity and sad about this. Here we only know about CRICKET and only CRICKET when it comes to sport.
And even in that we are not doing so much as compared to others.

Who is responsible for this????? Obviously our so called Government.
So what should be the process to go about and bring India to every front .
As per my opinion: First of all government should provide some coverage and assurance to players. This should be done to ensure that players then don’t have to worry about their family, for their job, their only job should be to play- to play and -to play.
And I think as far as Indians are concerned, we are famous in the world for our dedication towards the work.

Even if they(OUR GOVERNMENT) decide today ,I am sure we will be there in next world cup, and believe me this is not a very highly ambitious thinking.
It kan be done, but for this it has to be started.
But who will gonna take care of this, because our ministers are busy in securing their future, making money and money and money…..The damn money.

Well this is not just another blog to read and write comments ….
please do give it a thought……and do something at your level if you kan…………..
May be the next world cup will be OUR’s…………………..

Some people will really find this blog really very crazy but this is as simple as it kan be .And practically it is damn possible

Media:Believe it or not

I got the inspiration to write this blog after i watch a news series on a news channel.

That news was related to the breakup of model with her boyfriend.
This sounds really very strange and ridiculous to me after i watched the whole version of what happened. And the media was projecting that news as "NEWS FLASH" in their exclusive section. I wonder so as to like what was exclusive in that news.
Today media has entered into each and every aspect of life and they are continuously showing the nonsense, which should not be broadcast on the screen.
But mind one thing that its not only media, but we all are also responsible for this much interference of media into our personal lives. Sometimes people do this kind of activity just to be in limelight, as that model was doing .She was telling each and everything about her relationship with that guy. Well as per me the best option is to talk with him and resolve the matter but then how she will be in the news and on the page3.
And also government is also not taking any steps to stop these irrelevant things to be shown on the air. There has to be some criteria as to which news is to be shown or which is to be restricted. Because news channel are supposed to be provide us some useful information through which we can learn something or get to know about national and international events happening around the globe. These should be refrain from showing those stuff which serves no purpose other than gossip, well for showing these stuffs we should have a separate channel and in fact we have these types of channels. So every news should be properly scrutinized before being telecasted.

Reserved INDIA...........

Once again our government has prove its worth….that is totally worthless
They have shifted the plans to implement the reservation till Jun2007. The reason is obvious ,till that time all the hoopla and the agitations among the people will be lost and everything will be again at its same place except one thing ,their crook plans .
Plans to gain the confidence from the people who largely constitute their vote bank.
Once again I think the sacrifice of the people goes in vain.
Sorry Sir APJ…….but we have to face the truth ,
With these types of politician ,even 2120 fell short for achieving the developed nation standard for India.
Its we people who can make India shining and happening ,not the caste……………

India:2020 - Lets make it happen

A person saw a dream of making India a developed nation by 2020. But he alone cannot make that to happen.By saying this he needs the support of all the people of India. Now whether to react to his remark or not is upto the individual.
In this fast moving world we always tend to think in a way in which “I” always gets preference over “WE”.The general thinking is like “Why should i, why not they”. But to bring any radical changes to our society we have to think on a broad level and we have to do something which can be set as milestone in path towards the whole upliftment of society.

Today you will find a lot of people with variety of ideas but they are afraid of something, the thing that even they don’t know. Problem with Indian lifestyle is that people here are supposed to take responsibility of their family and society. Due to fear of future security they get confined in that envelop of their life. But the thing is that if one wants to bring some changes to the
society or to his/her life, one has to be passionate about his/her ideas ,passionate about their dreams.

No one is born genious.The difference between a genious and a normal person is the realization of their potential.

Reservation of seats in the educational institutes

I don’t know what's in the government's mind. By implementing the reservation in such a way they are in one or another way promoting the crime , anger . Though not directly visible but this type of system will definitely leads to the dissatisfaction of the general people. Although this step might be aiming at the elections which are coming up in 5 states.
But just simply by cutting the seats for general candidates is not the best possible solution ,there are thousands ways in which we can make a balance between the two. But that will leads to the loss of seats for these political parties.
It’s the time for all of us(The Intellectual Indians) to come together and make an appeal so that we can assure a better future for Everyone.
